No home gym is complete without the Body Champ PBC530 U Frame Power Rack System with Integrated Olympic Weight Plate Storage.
With a dual-purpose overhead bar for upper body workouts and 2 built-in Olympic weight plate holders, this power rack system will enhance your fitness routine and your existing equipment. The U-shaped frame combined with joined single-piece construction improves stability while reinforced weld points prevent wobbling during use. Its 4 built-in floor anchors with skid-proof rubberized feet provide the stability you want for TRX (not included) workouts. Pair with a weight bench, weight sets, and other fitness accessories (sold separately) for a complete home workout. Designed to accommodate standard 6-foot and 7-foot weight set bars for bench-pressing and squat workouts. The system also includes 2 pairs of easy-adjust tiered peg-hook catches and 4 built-in floor anchors for optional enhanced stability. The cage has a 300-pound load capacity on bar catches and a 300-pound user weight limit on the upper workout bar.
