Store Policies
We usually ship within 3 business days upon receiving the payment.
Orders made during weekends or US holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Please understand that once packages are shipped, we cannot control the transit time thereafter.
Payment
Credit cards (processed by PayPal) and regular PayPal transactions are accepted. Any import duties and fees related will be covered by buyers.
Return
We offer a 30-day return policy starting the day the buyer receives the product. Products to be returned must be in brand new condition, with the original parts and labels included.
We do not accept returns that have been used or damaged or have missing parts.
All shipping expenses including duties and customs fees will be paid by buyers. We do not cover your labor, towing, repairing, rental expenses, or any other related expenses.
The shipping costs will be paid by us if the returning of a product is caused by our mistakes, such as shipping the wrong product.
If the returning of a product happens under the circumstance of shipping damage, a damage authentication will be required, which can be a mechanical diagnosis or simply a picture or video of the damaged product with brief info attached.
Please do not claim shipping damage by yourself, which may cause a denial. We strongly suggest you contact us first. Once receiving the returned product, we'll run a test and verify the cause of the damage, and after that, we'll grant you a refund.
Warranty
We offer a 12-month warranty. If a product you bought is found to be defective, you can choose to apply for a replacement or a refund. If the malfunctioning of a product happens within 3 months after you made the purchase, you get a full refund. After 3 months, you get a partial refund. Details can be found in the table below.
